REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at The LaLabubu Closet! We value your support of our business, and want to ensure transparency for all orders placed.

All Sales from The Labubu Closet are FINAL, due to the collectible nature of our products.

In order to maintain the integrity of the mystery box (blind box), please kindly understand that we ONLY accept returns for FAULTY or DAMAGED reasons. We don't accept exchanges or returns unless the item is damaged by non-human factors.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must include your order number and clear, time-stamped photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. All claims are subject to review, and The Labubu Closet reserves the right to deny a replacement or refund if there is evidence of misuse, tampering, or false claims.

Important Note on Pop Mart Products

All blind box products are sealed by the manufacturer, and we are unable to inspect individual figures for quality issues without compromising the integrity of the blind box.
As a result, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for quality-related concerns on opened items.

If you encounter a quality issue with a sealed item, please contact Pop Mart or manufacturer  directly for assistance.
We will only accept returns for Pop Mart items if the outer box is visibly damaged upon arrival.
